Attach all your documents related to previous qualifications (attested xerox) Xth Pass Marksheet and Certificate. XIIth Pass Marksheet and Certificate. Migration Certificate in Original & Other required documents. Submit Admission Form completed in all respects along with require charges at the counter / Admission Incharge on any working day.
